By creating an account on Shwapz, you agree to these Terms of Service. Shwapz is a peer-to-peer swapping platform for students.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Shwapz.
Shwapz facilitates direct peer-to-peer swaps of physical goods between users. No money changes hands. All swaps are permanent — there are no returns or refunds.
You agree to: accurately describe items you list, show up to scheduled meet-ups, inspect items in person before confirming a swap, and treat other users with respect.
The following items may not be listed: weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia, stolen property, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, alcohol, tobacco, adult content, or any items prohibited by your university.
Your behavior on Shwapz affects your reputation score. No-shows, misrepresented items, and repeated cancellations will reduce your standing and may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Always meet in public, well-lit campus locations. Shwapz suggests safe meet-up spots but is not responsible for ensuring your personal safety during exchanges.
Shwapz is a platform that connects students. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Swaps are conducted at your own risk. Shwapz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or are reported by multiple users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shwapz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
